Description

Excellent house to be moved off current lot, for sale. This ~1300 square foot home can be placed onto an existing lot at a fraction of the cost of building new. This would make an excellent cottage/affordable family home, with large windows, vaulted living room ceiling, wood burning fireplace, separate bedrooms, and more. The house also has a fully ducted heat pump, which will be included with the purchase, for economical whole-house heating. This house was recently appraised by royal bank at a value of $275,000, so we are selling at a fraction of the cost. Buyer would be responsible to cover cost of moving the house, which would vary depending on distance ($15,000 +); several companies available to do it. We would be willing to discuss inclusion of appliances (fridge, stove, etc.). Contact us if you're interested. Serious enquiries only please.
