Very diverse communities including Tatamagouche, Wallace, Pugwash, Fox Harbour and the ski hills of Wentworth are 40 min away. Jost winery is a 5 min drive away. Area continues to be increasingly sought after with local farmers markets , fishing, arts and crafts and a welcoming community. Close by is a wharf for launching boats etc. Home has 2 finished bedrooms on main floor, open concept, kitchen, dining and living room and a three season screen room. Patios on front and back. Garden area established and fenced. Double car garage. Basement is partially finished with an office/ workout / living room area. A third bedroom on lower level is insulated, wrapped and just waiting for gyprock with a three piece bath (shower) completing this level. There is a service area in basement for water pump, water heater and the hook up for in floor heating was put in when we poured the basement but is not hooked up. Drilled well and certified septic system installed and clean out done last summer. We would prefer to sell the home as turn-key meaning that most furniture, all appliances and dishes, pots and pans and beddings would be included except for artwork and pieces that have sentimental value. MOST furnishings and appliances are three years old.
