Description

This Charming 1+ bedroom house is perfect for a couple, or a small family. It's located just minutes from pristine beaches, and only a 5 minute walk to a lake! 20mins to Bridgewater, and an hour and a half to halifax. This house used to be built like a lighthouse, and has now been converted into a lovely house with the upper levels placed in the yard to be used as an art studio, workshop, roadside little shop, or it could even be used as a little appartment / tiny house or a profitable airbnb! The inside of this cozy house has a funky layout with a nice sized kitchen, and livingroom. The bedroom was once a 4 season sun room with plenty of windows that I have converted it into a bedroom, and raised up the bed for extra storage. There are 2 kitchens, a main and an auxiliary kitchen for canning and preserving vegetables for the winter. The main kitchen can be turned back to its original use, and that would give you 2 bedrooms if you had a kiddo! The small bathroom does the trick, and is 3 piece with a stand up shower. There are 6 outbuildings on the property, and a heavy duty brand new canopy carport. The house is situated on a beautiful spacious 1.2 acres that is cleared halfway with towering spruce trees in the back, apple trees throughout, and a beautiful front lawn. Behind the property is full of unused land that has a labyrinth of hiking and 4 wheeler trails that go on for days. There is lots of potential to homestead / hobby farm on this property, and if you are looking for more land, I'm also selling 8.55 acres of half cleared land with outbuildings, old apple orchard, big organic garden, and a well etc. located right next door!!! The possibilities are truly endless, and due to health reasons my dreams can now be yours with this highly sought after piece of land, in this amazing location! Please contact me for more information, and I'll be happy to show you around.
