Description

Mobile home for parts or repair. 12' x 48'. This is a fixer upper, but if you're handy and have some vision, this could be salvaged and made into a nice home again. Compared to starting with a shipping container, you'd be ahead of the game. A great winter project. The home was vandalized a few years ago and has been sitting ever since. All of the windows were broken, graffit and holes in the gyprock. An addition on the end was removed so it's been exposed to the elements on one end. The good stuff: it has a peaked T&G roof, it appears to be structurally fine, and it is on axles and wheels that appear to be in usable condition. Located in Tantallon. To be moved at buyers expense. $2000 or best offer. Posting for a friend.
