As is Where is, but that being said there is nothing functionally wrong here so much as it's simply an older small house... no different than when i bought it. It is a bit of a small house and a little old and rough around the edges, that being said I have lived here just over 2 years and have not had to put anything into it yet. Roof is good, couple of newer windows and has a heat pump. The 7 acres with more than half of it forest is amazing. I cut a rough trail around the perimeter so i could drive my atv around it and use the forest for wood to have endless fires in the backyard on a regular basis. 5 minutes from the ocean with spectacular views of the cliffs and oceans and great for walking the dogs. As mentioned, it's a little rough, but it works fine and kept me and niece and dogs well and proper for over two years and still going. Great as a cottage for a get away or if you like a simple life with some great outdoor activity. The satellite image is of the entire property... i can sell the house with the half acre (small outline) or with the entire 7 acres for $57000 Possibly willing to trade for a cabin and land south shore area,
