Description

I am preliminarily gauging interest for the sale of my 3 month old, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath new-build single family home in lovely Governors Brook. I am entertaining an out of province job offer and would be selling privately with my trusted lawyer. At this time, it would only make sense for me to sell privately (sale by owner) without my own realtor. Everything you need and more in this home. You will love this beautiful spacious new construction with room for everyone on all 3 finished floors. Just 15 minutes from downtown Halifax, Governors Brook is a great place for young professionals and active families. Steps to public transportation routes, neighbourhood amenities and 150 acres of conservation land with direct access to McIntosh Run Community Trail and walking trails, provincial parks and school systems are all close by. Brand new high school built for Fall 2021 just around the corner. Freshly paved driveway. New landscaping will be added by the builder in the Spring. The 2 story detached home (plus finished basement level and backyard walk-out) features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2 new heat pumps (never used). A little over 700sq feet on each floor for a total of 2100+ sq feet of finished living space. On the main level enjoy hardwood floors across your airy open concept kitchen + dining room + living room with a 2 pc bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bright bedrooms and a 4 pc bath as well as the master bedroom with 3pc ensuite with rain-shower plus a lovely walk in closet as well as laundry room. Rec room, bedroom and 3rd full bath in basement. The layout is functional and practical with every space well utilized. Enjoy your time outside on your 16’ deck or in your yard with fresh landscaping coming from the builder this spring! The new finishes include soft close cabinetry, hardwood, laminate, and ceramic tiled floors.
