Description

We are parting with our lovely home on Bog road in Falmouth, but know this will make the most beautiful home for another family! The house is just under 3000 sq ft with a very large master bedroom featuring a large 4 piece master bath and walk in closet, as well as a huge walk out balcony. There is another bedroom on the top floor and a powder room. Two more bedrooms are located on the bottom level. There is a large rec room/downstairs living room that leads to the two downstairs bedrooms and full bath, as well as the attached two bay garage. Both levels are attached to a multi level deck. The kitchen cabinets have recently been refinished and there is a beautiful new subway tile backsplash. The house features three heat pumps and a wood stove for heating. Outside there are tons of beautiful, mature gardens, three out buildings and a wood shelter. The driveway is paved. The property is home to a large amount of mature forest with walking trails. Hardwood floor through much of the house.
