House for sale on Vernon street. A lot of renovations have been done starting in 2017. New windows, doors, siding, roofing insulation, plumbing and electrical upgraded. The house was originally a single family home but with my situation I turned it into a duplex. Everything was approved by the city and inspected. The second floor is a 3 bedroom plus den apartment. The house could easily be turned back into a single family home with the added benefits of fire proofed ceilings and upgraded soundproofing. The lot is 30 ft wide by 170 ft deep. Mature trees , lovely garden with a driveway to fit 2 vehicles easily. Asking 970,000. 00
