Description

Due to Covid, please contact us before coming by for a visit. Motivation We are selling our house in Clare, after spending incredible moments in it. For reasons out of our control, we are leaving our loved home. We started renovating and shaping for raising our family, as we planned to stay for many years. What can we say? Life gets in the way sometimes… Among others, we renovated the kitchen style to an open concept, gaining a lot of space and improving our quality time at home. This is a classic house from the late 50s and will need someone willing to give it some love. But make no mistake, this house has lots of love to give back! One thing is sure: you will be super comfortable in the central area of the house, enjoying the ocean view from the kitchen, and dining room, and get cozy in front of the fireplace. Appliances Included Included: high-end stainless steel propane stove, range-hood, and dishwasher Other Included Fireplace with insert (very efficient), custom wine bottle chandelier (worth 1 200$) First floor: One master bedroom and a small bedroom. One full bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, and area for laundry. Second Floor Three bedrooms (one ocean view) and a restroom. Basement Full (not finished) basement with high ceilings ( higher than 6’3”/190cm). Perfect for an atelier, shop, studio, storage, and many other uses. It can definitely be finished due to the high ceiling. Yard Total 1.2 acres of land, going almost all the way to the bay! Possibility to even build other properties! Please, just serious inquiries.
