Description

House for Sale - 19 Catamaran, Halifax Looking at potentially selling my property at 19 Catamaran Street. The house is 15 minutes from Downtown Halifax. Located in a quite neighbourhood on a dead end street in an up-and-coming area that has lots of development going on. Tenets just moved out and I’m looking to see if I can sell for a fair price. If I’m not happy with the offers I will be fixing up the house and either renting it out or selling it after its fixed up. Lot is approx 5500 sq/ft. Zoned R2-P so would make for good development if interested. House is two bedrooms, one bath. Has a large, dry, unfinished basement. Serious inquiries only. **As long as ad is posted, offer will be available.
