Description

I have a beautiful Tiny House or Cottage for sale. It was built in 2019, and is absolutely beautiful. It has a full set of patio doors which would be a perfect opportunity to build a beautiful deck just in time for summer. A two piece bathroom, a bedroom, kitchen and living room area. Included is a hot water tank as well which is hooked up. And yes, the beautiful chandelier (which was over $500 alone) would be included. Upstairs is a loft-style where you can comfortably stand up and walk the whole way around. This could be another bedroom, office space, anything you would like it to be. This is a must see! This beautiful building has the potential to be a tiny house, a cottage, or if you are an entrepreneur like myself, it would make a beautiful Air BnB where you could make a wonderful income. Pop a hot tub on the deck, set it up close to ocean front. Beautiful! Building dimensions: 12ft wide x 24ft long, and has an upstairs!!! There is no land with the building, and it will need to be moved. My heart is broken to be selling this, the reason is because I am no longer having it moved to where I planned, which is 4 hours from the current location. It is located in Pictou County / New Glasgow area. We can talk about including the 18000 BTU heat pump, brand new mini soaker tub, as well as a brand new pedi stool sink. These things will need a plumber to hook up because they are brand new!!! SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY
