Description

Welcome to Folly Lake! Set along over 150ft of waterfront, and 1.7 acres sits a beautiful 2 bed/2 bath home with main floor just under 1100 sq ft, wraparound deck, walk out basement, main floor laundry, ample storage, and an attached wired oversized 1 car garage. On the property you’ll also find several outbuildings, including a 20x30 heated and wired garage perfect for all the toys you could imagine, a shed, and another outbuilding that was previously used as a cottage. Perfect location for those who want to get out on the crystal clear lake, take the ATV or snowmobile trails, or go skiing at Ski Wentworth which is just minutes away! Home is nestled on a quiet street amongst cottages, trails, and blueberry fields - not on the highway as the ad location suggests.
