The cedar was really expensive to build. Look at Home Depot today for one 2x6 cedar 12’ long is 55.85$ for one peace. I am not saying I am selling the camp for what it worth today. What I am saying is 9 years ago it did cost me 28 000$ just for the camp alone to have it like it is, with the cedar wood. Traditional cedar wood is still very resistant to moisture, bad weather, and insects/pests and for sure is a fantastic smell. Well worth it. That what the wife wanted at the time and that what she got. 24000$ for the camp plus the cost to be moved.
