Applications are being accepted for a One Bedroom Basement Unit suitable for only ONE PERSON for September 2021 The right qualified INDIVIDUAL needs to be responsible, professional/employed and mature, one who will respect the super clean, secure, quiet adult only property. - Conveniently located: close to bus route; walking distance of downtown Fredericton and all that it offers; superstore, close to parks and walking trails. - $750/mth (heat and lights included). - Security deposit (equivalent to one months rent). - 12 month lease. - Coin laundry available. - Air conditioning available at an additional monthly cost. - Fibre-op hard wired (Bell Aliant) available at your cost. - Parking on site. - Building and property maintenance done by on site landlords. - Pets, smoking/vaping and parties ARE NOT PERMITTED. - Serious enquires only for one person and if you are.... .... we request the following to be answered prior to booking a viewing as we follow Public Health Guidelines: 1.
