1 bedroom in a beautiful apartment for sublet (Sep 1st - April 30th) in downtown Halifax- females only please. Looking for a quiet, respectful, clean, friendly, hard working student/professional. no parties. You will have 2 awesome roommates- one is in undergrad at dal (3rd year) and the other is completing her masters at SMU. Roommates share basic household expenses such as soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Kitchen is supplied with basic needs (pots, pans, utensils, etc). The apartment is minutes away from the boardwalk, close to bus stops, coffee shop across the street, and Atlantic Superstore + Starbucks just down the street!! It is also very close to point pleasant park! Water, heat and AC are included in rent, however wifi and electricity are additional costs. The room is unfurnished but includes a big window that gets lots of sunlight and a HUGE closet!! Washer and dryer is in-unit which is also really nice. Price not negotiable.
