There are 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom with an adjacent laundry room. The kitchen is spacious and bright and has access to a loft for extra storage or sleeping area for kids. Living room is very large for those family get togethers. Kitchen and living area have cathedral ceilings and large windows to take in the view of the water. This cottage is on a double lot, which allows for a big, private backyard to park your camper, sit around the firepit, or space to play with your kids and pets. There is a large storage shed, and a second smaller storage shed to hold all your items. Access to the property is seasonal. Lot fees are currently ($2360 for 2 lots) and property taxes ($1247) have been paid for the season. Most furnishings, dishes, etc included, with the exception of a few items. Just move in and enjoy the rest of summer and fall.
