The price includes the 2007 RV (which has always been on the lot, so is in excellent condition), the yearly lot fee ($1850) paid up until next spring (covers water, sewer, grounds maintenance, road maintenance, WIFI, cable tv and the use of the clubhouse), the screened room which cost $6500 and adds to the value of your investment, and the excellent shed and deck.
