In search of a farm that is within an hour of Fredericton. must have 40 + acres, fields, woodlands, water bonus. house and out buildings preferred. will consider lots as long as they have homestead farming capabilities. cash in hand and can do a quick close. I am not an agent nor am I working with one, so am willing to close a private deal if need be. looking to stay under the $500,000 price range but will want to asses the value as the potential properties are presented.
