Description

I am looking to sublet my two bedroom, one bath apartment with a possession date as early as Dec 1st. It’s located in Charleswood and is very safe and quiet. The apartment is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances plus a dishwasher and laminate flooring throughout, except for the bedrooms. The living room has an electric fireplace and air-conditioning unit. The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet that also contains the hot water tank and the in-suite washer/dryer. Each building only has 12 suites so there isn’t a lot of noise or foot traffic. Lots of green space around and close to schools, parks, stores and a major bus route (Roblin Blvd.) The balcony has a shed built in to it for additional storage space. The rent with one parking spot is $1,385 per month. Utilities that you pay are hydro, cable, internet. Water is included in the rent. My lease is up April 30, 2022 but if you wish to stay past that, there is the option to do so. NOTE—- small pets accepted only. If interested, please contact Marnie at (204) 471-2663 https://www.sunrex.ca/parklands-square *pictures are from Sunrex website but are an accurate depiction of the suite*
