Located on the beautiful Washademoak Lake at Belyeas Cove this one bedroom cosy cabin is an amazing place to get away. Private lake front, with ample decking offering uninterrupted lake view. This is a three season cottage, however it has never stopped us from spending evenings by a fire inside or outside. Year-round access via a private lane is ploughed by cottage association. The cottage comes with a recently installed boat mooring. Access to the Saint John river system via boat right from your shore, 15 minutes casual boat ride to the Saint John River, 20 minutes to Evandale Hotel and restaurant, 25 minutes to Gagetown. Cell service is excellent. High speed Wi-Fi available via xplorenet. Bedroom and bathroom combination newly renovated featuring a two person bathtub with a view of the lake. Newly added 1/2 Bathroom off the kitchen and pantry. Screen room off the living room gives a beautiful setting and offers warm breezes in the evening. Lakeside retaining wall is a new edition including steps from the beach to deck level. The workshop and boat port built last season is constructed from local wood all cedar and is a post and beam design. The boat port becomes a safe haven for a tent trailer in the summer as a spare room! Behind the cabin is an engineered retaining wall that offers a great deal of privacy from the road above.
