claims are good through july 2022 the last pictures price was for 7 claims when I bought it ive added the 8th claim since and all the gear and gold prices have almost doubled so youre getting in for basically half price. claims are in the whitehorse district (glacial retreat with a runoff fed stream) mostly untouched except for a few test holes, flour gold near the surface good colour minimal overburden seasonal creek, one claim has a water pond that keeps water year round , I also have a small shaker style wash plant (near edmonton but can deliver) pumps and fine recovery equipment I can sell for $5k extra I wont sell them separate tho, perfect set up for someone just getting into mining only considering selling due to health issues asking $2500 per claim works out to $20000
