Description

Canterbury Sylvan,, pronounced sil’ven, is located on the fringe of the original St. Andrews town plat, now the nucleus of a modern town. The development is partially surrounded by a linear park and large maturely treed properties thereby the name Sylvan was chosen which means, “located in a forest or woods”. The development concept for this community will be to create a unique neighbourhood sensitive to the historic character of St. Andrews. Protective Covenants were designed to direct the development so to reflect the rich colonial character St. Andrews has come to symbolize.
