Description

Thinking about selling. All newer PVC windows. Basement is spray foamed and rough drywalled. Basement gets a bit of water in the spring when snow melts fast but drains and drys quickly and the laundry roo. Is down there as well. Stays aroung 8 degrees celius in winter with no heat. Rest of the house is electric heat with an old duct system in place that can be redone for a possible heat pump system. I run about 115$ biweekly on power bill all year to enaure no large bills in winter (single person who doesnt mind it around 19.5-21 degrees) with no heat turned on in the bedroom and bathroom areas as if you keep doors open heat travela but there is baseboard heater in all rooms upstairs juat expect cost of heat to be more than that. The house has 3 bedrooms with closets and an attic with no closet good for storage and no need to heat it. Bathroom could use a little work but ia fully functional juat rust stain in bath tub in one spot due to a warping and water settling. All plugs and light switches are new and plugs are tamper resistent if you have kids. Decent sized back yard which needs some work, front old paved bricked driveway showing its age but not terrible. Just looking to see what potential offers might be. Not looking for a quick sell so lowballers be warned I wont respond. Thanks for reading and have a good day.
