My roommate is moving out mid April. That means my second bedroom ($600/month utilities+internet included) is up for grabs! Little bit out the apartment: -Located in Bible Hill -2 bedroom unit on the 3rd floor of a 24 unit building. (leg day every day) -Coin operated laundry (bottom floor) -Free unassigned parking -Balcony -2 super friendly cats that will love you.. even if you don’t love them -Foodland, Gas stations, pharmacy, dollar store, access to the highway all within 5 minutes of the property. -15 minutes from NSCC Truro and 5 minutes down the road from DAL AC -Access to cobequid trail a couple hundred yards away from the building’s front door. -On site superintendents that will come to the rescue at the drop of a hat All that I ask is you clean up after yourself and respect the other tenants of this building. I’ve never had an issue with anyone in the 4 years I’ve lived here. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve only had positive encounters with who ever I cross paths with. I spend a lot (if not most) of my time at my boyfriends house, so you can basically consider this to be your own space. Obviously I will be at home some times too but that will not make this apartment any less of a home to you! I like think I’m a pretty cool gal to live with ‍♀️ past roommates can confirm.
