The apartment is in a quiet, and clean five-unit building, close to all amenities and public transit. All the furniture, home appliances, basic kitchen tools, linen, and utilities (high speed internet, heat, and electricity) are included in the price. The apartment has a queen bed. The rental could be of short or long term, minimum 3 months. Parking for cars is available on street, free of charge, and very easy to find. Reservation deposit is mandatory through secure transaction. Security deposit is mandatory. The environment is pet- and smoke-free. The apartment is delivered fully cleaned to the tenant(s).
