Description

12x18 Cabin on a lot in South Nictaux. 6 kms south of the 201 / Hwy 10 intersection. There is a driveway in place, a dug well, and an old septic system of some sort. The lot is treed except for the lane and is surrounded by woodland. The large field parcel across the road is owned by Nova Scotia Power and if some trees were thinned there would be a beautiful view of the sunrise. The cabins bones are good but it needs to be jacked up and levelled and then finished inside. It does not leak so the wood that is there is solid. At some point a decade or so ago, someone lived in this cabin for 3 years summer and winter. This would also be a great lot to put a Camper.
