Description

Looking for a place to call home. Looking to do a possible rent to own for 2-10 years. Would be a vendor take back if we cannot pay the mortgage. Would need to discuss the payments and amount of the sale. Would need for payments to be under 900 per month. What Im looking for: Land to farm on (can discuss further with the right person) Looking for 20acres preferably more. Preference to a house on property that is livable. Even if it needs a lot of fixing we can fix almost anything, my husband and I both have experience. Please let me know what you may have. We will not be able to put down a HUGE deposit, but can come up with about 5% down. (Depending on price) but can discuss further of course. Thank you in advance!
