Selling a unique biosphere round cabin. Concrete inside foundation, has been free standing for 32 years and is structurally sound. Just moved in a 12 x 24ft garage with just under 8 ft ceiling. This lot is titled and 75 x 125 ft. This location has great potential for a seasonal cabin or full time living. There is enough room to build a cabin in front of the round one to keep it for storage. But I did talk to a local contractor and he said about $8-10k to knock down cabin and haul it away.
