I’ll be listing this property on the main road of Route 115, just before Notre Dame. Approx 17 minutes to Moncton. It’s just under 45 acres with a couple acres of cleared frontage. There’s a dirt/grass cleared road that was packed down quite a few years ago, I’m assuming by logging trucks. This goes half way back the property. Half of it is heavily tree’d(a good mix)while the back half is a bit younger, but still thick. I’ve hunted on it for a few years. There’s an abundance of deer, partridge and rabbit. There’s also been heavy signs of moose as there is a pond at the back of the property created by beavers. Oddly enough, an insane amount of blue jays. Ground is pretty level throughout most of the property, with a couple of small dips half way back. Mixture of berry bushes at the frontage. The frontage starts at roughly 30 meters wide, then expands to 80 meters wide then 250 meters wide. The length sits at about 1.1 km. The back of the property borders one of the main ATV trails. Neighbours on both sides are very nice and quiet. Our plan was to build a house there, then that moved onto development. However our plans changed and decided to stay in town. So as much fun as the family has had out there the last few years it’s time to list it. Open to offers if purchased before spring! We have other projects on the go.
