All utilities are included, there are no hidden fees. Uptown in a great area, transit available less than 30 seconds to the door, walking distance within 5 minutes to Kings Square with great restaurants and cafés in the immediate area. The room comes furnished with bed, nightstand, dresser, small closet space and a large standalone closet, linens, mirror, laundry basket, trash receptacle, computer desk/chair and lamp (can include area rug if necessary). Also includes your own large screen TV and AppleTV generation 4 box & WiFi. Common space with hardwood floors is fully furnished. Sharing the bathroom and kitchen space, this is a well kept unit, spacious and clean. Rate of $1450 per month reflects 2 meals per day, 5 days per week, prepared for you consisting of fresh vegetables and fruits, butcher meats and fowl, bakery breads, fresh fishmonger seafood and dairy fresh products. (I don’t utilize boxes/canned products in cooking) Deck space has loungers, comfortable chairs and tables. Bbq added in summer for additional enjoyment. A great space for those wishing a relaxing atmosphere and clean environment. Ideal candidate is a student looking for an all-inclusive space where all you need to bring is personal toiletries and clothing or, a working professional seeking a peaceful retreat after a long day. Great for shutdown workers. Available from 15th of March, this can be obtained short term or long term. Deposit is required.
