So... it can be considered discounted, in a hotel this space would be their biggest HOTEL SUITE and would rent for 350$/day + :)... And about double in high season!!! C) – There is no C :-) ! PLS DONT EXPECT THE LONG TERM PRICE FOR THE SHORT/MEDIUM TERM, IT IS TOTALLY A DIFFERENT SERVICE THAT YOU NEED AND A TOTALLY DIFEFRENT BUSINESS FOR ME. Thank You. Also, my price is FROM 99/day, 99/day applies under some conditions: ex: minimum 2 months in low season and minimum 4-6 months when high season months are included. Other factors count, how interesting is your proposition (longer contract, faster occupancy, more guaranties – ex insurance paid contract and/or tenant insurance present, etc).
