These seven special order homes have been scheduled for September installation at Rivergrove Estates and will complete the 81 home project. Nestled on the banks of the historic Red River and overlooking the rolling fairways and picturesque ponds of Shooters Family Golf Centre, this upscale manufactured home community is Manitoba’s premiere facility. Because this will be the last opportunity to acquire a new home in this prestigious park, we wanted to make these final homes “special”. Forget everything you thought you knew about mobile/manufactured homes and start thinking unique and creative designs, combined with high end condo style features. Spacious layouts include covered decks, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, or 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den/office. Square footage ranges from 1120 sq ft to 1232 sq ft, with pricing from $264,500 to $274,500. We anticipate substantial interest in these unique homes, but we also recognize the concern people have in committing to a home that they haven’t had the opportunity to physically walk through and inspect. To address this issue, we have put a process in place that allows interested potential buyers to hold/reserve a home by making a fully refundable $10,000 deposit. Once the home has been installed, they will have five (5) days to inspect the home, or have it inspected by others, before having to make a decision on finalizing the purchase. If they decide (for any reason whatsoever) not to proceed, their $10,000 deposit will be refunded in full, and their place taken by the first person on the back up list.
