Looking to rent our beautiful waterfront property for September 1st (maybe available sooner) This property is located in a beautiful community with direct access to water / private waterfront area. Snow Removal and lawncare is including. Looking to rent for long-term (1 year) as we may be moving. The community consists of mostly retired individuals, so it is important that the tenant be a food fit within. We are looking for possibly professionals adults / small families who can take care of the property. Located right on Woodstock road within city. Waterfront with 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. Please note, pets may be allowed, but we are looking for single family/ professionals. This is not a student sharing accommodation, and only suitable tenants/interested parties will be invited for showings in person.
