I have a nice little spot for sale. It about 4 acres. Hurricane Fiona took down all the beautiful big trees but nature is already growing back in. You can live off grid here legally, you can also live in a camper or homemade home on wheels (THOW) all year round legally too. There is no septic, water or power on this property. So water has to be rain catchment system. Septic tanks of trailers you either have to haul to the black dump station or call in a truck to empty the waste. The property is right across the roadways from the Northumberland Straight where everynight almost is a beautiful sunset looking down the driveway. Beach is only about 14 kms away where you can walk in the park or walk along the beach and find plenty of starfish. The property is kinda private but not completely, in the winter you are more open then say summer where when all the foliage is nicely open.
