Trying out private sale at a reduced price before I put work into it and list it at full market value. 3 bedrooms, (1 down 2 up), 1 bath with full tub. Sits on a double corner lot. New roof 4-5 years ago, new electrical panel with breakers, new section of chimney from furnace to chimney, new hot water tank in the last 3 years, new foot valve in well, oil tank is only a few years old, was just never painted/primed so it looks bad but it’s not.
