Description

15 acre property 1 km out of town. Comes with mineral rights which is "VERY" rare in this area and is a high oil industry area. Can be subdivided as well if you so choose as the town of Shaunavon is still growing with all amenities. Both barns are salvageable and possibly the garage. The home has been vacant for 1 year and the (insert profanities here) rodents have done quite a bit of damage. 45 minutes to the Montana border. Due to the factors Im just selling the land with mineral rights at a very reasonable price. Taxes at this time are only $365.00 for the property. I am open to reasonable offers as I need to sell due to disabilities. Carpetbaggers no need to enquire. Google address is JHMH+56, Shaunavon, SK S0N 2M0 Saskatchewan is one of the last bastions of freedom in North America, especially in the south west. Also one more note (hopefully the last edit) , the price is $105,000.00 Canadian dollars. So even better price for buyers from the U.S.
