Description

This is a very unique, and incredibly built floating cottage. It has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bathroom with shower, electric/composting toilet. Also includes air conditioning unit, fridge, induction burner, microwave, hot water heater and a custom sized roll top door out to the patio where you can sit and enjoy the world go by. Very spacious and bright inside, large brand new high quality windows and a skylight above the kitchen area.  Once on it you will feel how sturdy and stable it is. It is also very well insulated keeping the inside comfortable and quiet. When a small boat goes by it will bob a little but no side tilting.  You may add a rooftop deck. There’s only 2 of these built and the builder has one with a rooftop deck and it’s beautiful.  Thoughtful design, outside has a plug near the rooftop for string lights (included). And the plug is wired to an indoor switch. In the bedroom the bedside sconces can be switched off individually.  Asking $130,000 (no tax) but a quick sale would get a $5000 discount.  36’ long 13’ wide  30 amp (or powered by a generator)  Water hookup  Deck on both sides  Currently wrapped and stored.  See photos for more details.
