Lets talk! 2 Quiet semi-retired people (1 male 1 female) and one quiet indoor senior (14yrs) dog in need of a LONG-TERM rental. 2 bdrm or equivalent needed. Need access to yard or similar for doggy. Just for her "business" that we clean/pickup immediately. Prefer near to ( but not restricted to) 45 min to Dartmouth area (for work) We are very respectful and quiet, weve NEVER been late with rent in the 13 yrs weve lived together. Our current rental of 5 yrs is being sold. We are handy and can handle any repairs that arise on our own! We have never asked our current landlady for any help for repairs needed, we just take care of whats needed as needed! Excellent references from current and past landlords!!
