Unfurnished (furniture in photos belongs to the current tenant) $1405 + utilities / month Requirements: Have a vehicle (as it is New Maryland) You are a working single professional with a secure income or are a student with secure income. (We may do credit checks) Able to keep your space clean and tidy and fresh. You are someone who leaves spaces better than you find them This is an amazing and quiet neighbourhood which is essentially silent after 9pm and would be best suited to someone with a quiet nature.
