Welcome to our LGBTQ+ sanctuary. Available Jan. 1st 2024. We’re a male couple looking to share our home in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a like-minded person (male preferred). We have a separate, fully furnished, cozy one bedroom suite on the second floor of our home and the lodging fee is all inclusive. The apartment is self-contained: · Private entrance · Bedroom with a Queen sized bed & built-in closet · Living room furnishings: include a 32” television · Private balcony off the living room overlooks the back yard and has a 5 piece patio dining set, as well as, a propane BBQ · Kitchenette: two burner hot plate, microwave, mini-oven, mini-fridge, sink and counter, fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. · Bathroom: 3 (tub & Showe) · Walk-in closet off the kitchen for further storage · Secure bicycle storage You have access to our first floor main kitchen, for those whose cooking style requires a full sized oven and there is a full size fridge with freezer in basement for shared use.
