Description

Hi There, My name is Nolan. Im a young professional who lives downtown. I just recently moved to a new place and am looking to rent my 10 Navy Wharf condo to an awesome tenant. Ive had a lot of good memories living here but Id say the highlights in my 10 years living in the unit but the highlight is the convenient location and the 30,000 sq ft Superclub Gym which has olympic pool, sauna, whirlpool, fitness centre, squash courts, tennis courts, a full-size basketball court, golf simulator and even a bowling alley. Happy to rent out the unit fully furnished or empty. It has a parking spot but if not needed. Im super friendly and helpful if you have any questions please let me know. Cheers, Nolan
