PLEASE READ FOR CLARIFICATION: Before continuing to read, please be advised and informed that we are ONLY ACCEPTING FEMALE STUDENTS/WORKERS who are able to PAY monthly. It is best to keep in mind that those interested should be willing to live with other people, not in the same room, but in the same house. The monthly payments are not set, and can be negotiated on call. There is a kitchen that is going to be SHARED amongst EVERYONE living on the property, including OTHER renters, landlord and family. The Utility room will be open to renters ONCE A WEEK. There is unfortunately NO parking space that is available directly on the property. Please keep in mind that there is one rule which is: No renter is allowed to invite outsiders into the property for whatever reason, this includes animals.
