Description

Finca in Dominikan Republic looking for investor or buyer. The finca has an area of 2,5 Million Square Meters. Of this, 1 Million Square Meters are fertile farmland. On the finca there are two source of water and the stream runs through the farm. The water is drinkable. Unpolluted water is guaranteed. The property borders the national park. The fish projekt on the farm has 2 great earth basins. Each about 40m wide. They are supplied by on of the streams. The water is running the hole year. Also in the dry period in Summer. The second part are 10 round basins. 8 with a diameter of 20 meter. And 2 with a diameter of 10m. They were supplied by the othe stream. This stream has a little dam to get more water. The water is also running the whole year. The whole area is little bit falling off, so all the water is runnig without pumps. In our first round we had 20.000 Tilapia in the 20 Meter basin. Because the water is constantly runnig, it is almost clear. The fish has a perfect taste. This offers a yearly production to 500.000 fishes. Each basin has a time programmed automatic feeder. There are also 4 great basins for the waste water, to be cleared. The offers a great potenial like planting of food for the fish or add a aquaponic projekt.
