Its a 5 room 2.5 bath house, all rooms are SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY , all the current housemates are males, but females are welcome. 6 mins walk from Conestoga College, 10 min walk to Bridgeport plaza (Walmart, Sobeys, shoppers etc), nearest bus stop is 3-4 mins by walk. The room is well lit having a huge window (view of the river behind), a closet, queen size bed, dresser, 2 tables, chair, stool. 4 people share 1 full washroom and 1 powder room. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, 2 refrigerators, dishwashers, oven, microwave, toaster, blender etc .. Free in house laundry, dryer and a storage room. The basement is the hangout space having a TV, music system, games like darts, poker set, playing cards etc. All the roommates are clean and respectful, so this is what would be expected from you too. The detached townhouse is in the village in the green society so snow removal, lawn maintenance, and garbage disposal are all managed by the property management. Parking available on request for $50 extra.
