I am looking for an individual to sign a 1-year term application for an apartment unit starting 1st of April. I am willing to work with you on your preferences as we will have equal rights and access to the accommodations of the rental apartment. I am interested in either saving money and sharing a 1 bedroom unit where we would both sleep in the same room. Or I am interested in renting a 2 bedroom unit where we would both have our own private bedrooms with shared living common room areas. It has to be either on 3rd floor or above. I prefer to have a building with an elevator although not necessary. I am open to meeting you this month so you can visit the locations I already have agreements with. We have to want the best for us both no non-sense. Mind your own business and support attitude only. There should be enough for us both to get what we want. I am choosing to have a partnership for the living accommodations to make the application process stronger. It looks better to have two applicants on the lease application and I am not yet ready to live with my boyfriend. Thanks for consideration I will chat with you soon. The unit itself as a 1 bedroom is approximately $1700. And goes up from there if a 1 bedroom unit or more luxurious apartment/condominium is requested. We will both pay rent.
