Thats a reasonable distance if you cant afford or dont want Downtown, did you know Montreal is 52km wide? NDG - aka Notre Dame de Grace - H4A 0A2 area, 9min walk from metro Vendome! -or 3min by bus. Park, school, daycare, 3 utility stores, all in 150 meters! 2 bathrooms, 2-4 bedrooms in condos with ~ same surface: ~1200sf (but with different lay-off). Big / HUGE LIVINGROOM and HUGE TERAZZA 100sf! Well furnished and equipped, includes 5 stainless / frontal appliances plus a lot of small appliances, same as furniture, even linen and towels! TV set, utilities, Wi-Fi could be included, making it ALL READY, all you need, JUST TO MOVE IN!* Long term welcome and preferred! bbb PRICES: A) - LONG TERM: 12 months+ 2899/month (4bdr 2bth)... furnished in style!!! (9-11 months term could qualify for long term price, at a limit 6 months low season - from November to May - might qualify). *Contract your preferred services/utilities or add 200/month for my preferred ones (to discuss). B) - MEDIUM /short term 1,2 or more months? 99-199/day or more. If youre a tourist, min 31 nights. Only one month is not 99/day (except maybe November*). WHY THIS IS A GOOD PRICE? 99$=80+tx (there are 3 taxes). 80$/day hardly pays you a modest hotel room (in high season, a MOTEL room). For the same price, by taking one of my condos youll have ~6 TIMES OF A HOTEL ROOM SPACE: As said ~1200sf, including a kitchen and 2, 3 (or 4) bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, huge living-room, etc, in a new building 4 km from Downtown. So... it can be considered discounted, in a hotel this space would be their biggest HOTEL SUITE and would rent for 350$/day + :)... And about double in high season!!! C) – There is no C :-) ! PLS DONT EXPECT THE LONG TERM PRICE FOR THE SHORT/MEDIUM TERM, IT IS TOTALLY A DIFFERENT SERVICE THAT YOU NEED AND A TOTALLY DIFEFRENT BUSINESS FOR ME. Thank You. Although I make such comparison, a direct price comparison of my space with a hotel room is uninspired if you "forget" my space is ~6 times bigger. Moreover, my price is FROM 99/day, the minimal price of 99/day applies under some conditions: ex: minimum 2 months in low season and minimum 4-6 months when high season months are included. Other factors count, how interesting is your proposition (longer contract, faster occupancy, more guaranties – ex insurance paid contract and/or tenant insurance present, etc). D) Could be offered by rooms too, long term from 699$/month/room all included* or medium / short term from 39$/day/person/room, see in my other ads (or ask).
