Description

Master bedroom with 2-piece ensuite bathroom is available in a single detached 3-bedroom house in Centrepointe. Male tenant only. No smoking/vaping, no cannabis of any form, no drugs, no pet, no party, tidy and responsible male only. Student or young professional are welcome. Single occupancy only. $850 plus utilities (unlimited internet is included in the rent). Application form, credit & reference check, employment and/or enrollment letters and tenants insurance are required. Master bedroom ($850) is available on May 1st with two options. 1) 12-month lease starting on May 1, or June 1, or July 1, or August 1, or September 1 of 2024 2) 4-month lease from May 1-August 31, 2024 The room is furnished with a twin bed (SEALY medium firm mattress), a 120cm*60cm study desk, a study lamp with flexible arm and a comfy padded chair. It has a 2-piece ensuite bathroom (need to share shower/bathtub with 2 other tenants) and walk-in closet. Window faces south. Room only: 12’2” x 11’2”, 2pc ensuite: 4’3” x 4’10” There are 3 bathrooms in the house: 1 on the main floor (shared by all), 1 main bathroom on the second floor with shower/bathtub (shared by all) and 1 in the master bedroom (exclusive for the one in master bedroom). Two other tenants are current Algonquin student and recent Algonquin alumni. Snow removal are provided by professional company and lawn care is taken care of by the landlord. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric range, and microwave. Washer and dryer are on main floor. Parking spot on the driveway is at extra cost. Central A/C and furnace are available.
