Hello! My name is Julia, and myself and my partner are seeking a 1 bedroom/bachelor apartment for May or June in Whitby/Oshawa. We are two adult women who are quiet, clean, and responsible tenants. We can provide ample landlord and employer references and are happy to provide credit/background checks at your request. We are both employed full-time-- myself as a Baker and herself as a Personal Support Worker. In our spare time we both enjoy cooking/baking, reading, and spending lots of time outdoors. We have 2 pets-- a cat and a rabbit who are well-mannered and clean. We also both have a car, ideally two parking spots would be suitable for our living arrangement. Preferably looking for $1300/month with utilities included, but willing to be flexible. Both of us hold high importance out of taking care of our spaces and making them feel like home.
