Description

Retired RCAF Captain & chopper pilot looking for off grid property under 50k between Fredericton and Woodstock. Ideally with a water source e.g. brook, spring or well, lake and 2+ acres. I currently own a property in Lakeland Ridges (York County) and have been living off grid with the wife in the cabin that we built ourselves for past two years but sadly, we are separating and she is keeping the property as part of settlement and I am starting fresh. I do have the income, assets and collateral but I lack the upfront cash to purchase another property outright. I am currently living in motel room that doesnt allow my dogs so I am looking for something asap. My intent is to build my own cabin again and continue to the self-reliant lifestyle. I am looking for a seller who would be willing to accept a portion of the sale as a lump sum and the remaining funds to be paid over 3-6 months period of time max.
