My home and property is not listed at the moment but I am interested in selling before the next flood of homes starts up next month. I am situated in Upper Musquodoboit Nova Scotia just outside Dartmouth. If you are used to travelling an hour to get to where you daily drive to this is nothing. Well, until it sells at, or close to my asking then, it will no longer have that stigma ! The way I look at it, if its what you want , youll be the ones living in the home, not the realtors! And sorry realtors , this is not a shot at you guys, your only doing what you see on paper ! Yes I did have this listed at $600,000 but after doing a some more research of other places this is more realistic at $549,000. I am in no hurry nor do I need to sell.
